  Below are some frequently asked questions that may help answer any initial questions that you may have. If you require any further assistance then please contact us.

How does your rental service work?
Once we receive your signed rental authorisation we will proceed to find a suitable couple/family to rent your week(s).

How will I know if you have rented my week(s)?
TSL ask for a 30% deposit to secure the booking, once the deposit has been collected we will send you written confirmation.

How much rent will I receive?
As a general rule we are able to achieve a high rental return for your week(s), the NET figure is shown on your rental registration form. This figure cannot be changed without your written authorisation.

When will I receive payment?
A sterling cheque will be forwarded to you 14 days before the occupancy date of your week(s).

What if TSL do not rent my week(s)?
In the unlikely event that TSL are unable to rent your week(s), we will write to you 21 days before the commencement of your week(s) in order to allow you to either use or spacebank your
week(s).
