  3 years ago TSL started a rental service for timeshare owners, because of our comittment to ensure that the owner achieved a high rental return, TSL is now one of the UK’s most successful rental companies. During the last 3 years we have found that clients who were renting timeshare accommodation from TSL OFTEN contacted us on their return to the UK to ask if the apartment they had rented was for sale. As enquires for resale weeks increased, TSL’s resale service became established.

What makes TSL different from other resale companies?
A. TSL offer a complete service to the timeshare owner, and have an established clientele many of whom have purchased timeshare as a result of trying before buying. TSL will not mislead you, the owner, with false claims or over inflated selling prices. TSL do not rely on generating income purely from resales.

How much do TSL charge to sell my weeks?
TSL charge an advertising fee of £70 for 1-2 week(s) and £100 for 3 or more week(s), this is a one off payment to cover extensive advertising in international publications, and world wide on the internet reaching a potential market place of millions. However, NO COMMISSION WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU, THE OWNER, WHEN TSL SELL YOUR WEEK(S), ALL COMMISSIONS & TRANSFER FEES ARE PAID BY THE PURCHASER.

How do I place my weeks with TSL for resale?
Simply complete the resale form, and forward the relevant payment. TSL accept payment by cheque, or any major credit cards.

What Guarantees do TSL offer?
TSL guarantee no false claims will be made and no over inflated resale prices will be given. Whilst TSL cannot guarantee how long it will take to sell your apartment, we do guarantee that the staff at TSL are committed to offering the best resale service available.

How do I know TSL have sold my week(s)?
When a firm offer has been made and TSL have received a deposit on your apartment, as required by UK law a 14 day cooling off period is then given to the purchaser. After this period an invoice will be sent to the purchaser for the outstanding balance. When all monies have been received you will be required to forward your ownership documents TSL will then verify that all fees are current, and ownership details are validated before processing transfer of ownership.

When will I receive payment?
For legal reasons payment cannot be made until TSL are in receipt of new ownership documents in the purchaser’s name. This process varies depending upon the Resort, however generally speaking the time- frame is normally between 8 – 12 weeks. The staff at TSL will be in a position to advise you on the length of time at point of sale.

NB: NO NEW OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS ARE RELEASED BY TSL UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU.
