OUR
FAIR TRADING POLICY
When
you book an apartment with TSL, we want
you to be so satisfied that you’ll
book with us again, these terms and conditions
form the basis of the agreement between
you and TSL. A contract is only made when
our Booking Confirmation is dispatched to
you on receipt and acceptance of your booking.
You
must check the BOOKING CONFIRMATION
carefully and raise any queries immediately.
BOOKING
FORM
You
must sign a booking form and by doing so
accept that this is our FAIR TRADING
POLICY.
1.
PAYMENT:- You pay the deposit indicated
on the booking form. If you book within
8 weeks of departure you must pay the total
cost of your holiday. If the outstanding
balance is not received 6 weeks before the
date of departure, we reserve the right
to cancel your booking and to make a cancellation
charge which represents 30% deposit.
2.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING:- If,
after our booking confirmation has been
issued, you wish to change or alter your
booking in any way we will make all reasonable
efforts to make the changes, provided written
notification is received at our offices
at least 8 weeks before departure. This
must be accompanied by a payment of £15.00
per person to cover administration costs.
3.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING:- A
valid cancellation can only be made if we
receive written confirmation, by recorded
delivery. The cancellation will be effective
from the date it is received at our office.
All cancellations are subject to a charge
payable by you to compensate us for our
estimated losses and expenses which are
calculated from the scale set out below:-

4.
YOUR HOLIDAY ACCOMODATION:- Accommodation
is reserved only for the use of the persons
named on the Booking Form and no one else,
subletting, sharing and assignment are prohibited
and may be illegal. The majority of the
accommodation TSL offer is located on 5star
resorts. The day to day running of these
Resorts is beyond our control. As such we
regret that we cannot be held responsible
if during your stay some of the facilities
advertised are not available.
5.
SECURITY DEPOSITS:- Some resorts
may charge a security deposit on arrival.
The amount charged varies dependent upon
the Resort, however if a security deposit
is charged it is generally no more than
£100.00. This will be fully refundable
upon your departure, subject to any losses
or damages.
6.
IF WE CHANGE YOUR BOOKING:- If
circumstance beyond our control make it
necessary for us to alter or indeed cancel
your accommodation, we reserve the right
to do so. In the event of cancellation we
will offer the choice of comparible accommodation
(subject to availability), or a full refund,
but we will have no further liability to
you.
